Return and Refund Policy

At Tanarya, we take pride in the quality of our products — from Mobile Accessories and Portable Juicer Blenders to Kids Toys. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to shop with complete confidence.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The product is in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals intact
- You have the original invoice or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items with broken seals (for hygiene-sensitive products)
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale
2. Return Process
- Email us at tanny.pandey07@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- Once approved, you will receive a return pickup or drop-off instruction
- The product must be securely packed before handover
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking)
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer — please share your bank details at the time of return request
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the issue

- We will offer a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you
5. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Wrong size or variant received
- Defective product where a replacement is preferred
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
6. Shipping Charges on Returns
- If the return is due to a defect or our error — return shipping is FREE
- If the return is due to a change of mind — a nominal shipping fee may be deducted from the refund
7. Kids Toys — Special Note
All toys sold by Tanarya comply with safety standards. If a toy is found to be defective or unsafe upon first use, we will provide an immediate replacement at no charge.
