At Tanarya, we are committed to delivering your orders — Mobile Accessories, Portable Juicer Blenders, and Kids Toys — safely, swiftly, and reliably across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities 5–7 Business Days
Remote & Rural Areas 7–10 Business Days

Please Note: These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

Orders below ₹499 Flat ₹49 shipping fee

Free shipping is applicable on prepaid orders only. COD orders may attract an additional handling fee.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on orders up to ₹2,000.
  • A nominal COD handling fee will be added at checkout.
  • COD is not available for select remote pin codes.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.
  • You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website or through the tracking link shared with you.

6. Shipping Partners

Tanarya works with trusted logistics partners including:

  • Shiprocket
  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC
  • India Post (for select remote locations)

We reserve the right to choose the most suitable courier partner based on your location and order type.


7. Serviceable Pin Codes

  • We ship to most pin codes across India.
  • At checkout, you can verify whether your pin code is serviceable.
  • If your area is not serviceable, our team will notify you and issue a full refund.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at tanny.pandey@gmail.com with your Order ID.
  • In the rare event of a lost shipment, Tanarya will initiate an investigation with the courier partner and provide a replacement or full refund upon confirmation.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts before returning the package.
  • In case of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.

10. Damaged in Transit

  • If your product arrives visibly damaged, please:
    1. Refuse the delivery and note the damage with the courier executive, OR
    2. Accept the delivery and immediately email us at tanny.pandey@gmail.com with photos/video within 48 hours
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund upon verification.

11. Address Changes

  • Address changes can be requested only before the order is shipped.
  • Once dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
  • To request a change, email us immediately at support@tanarya.com with your Order ID.
